Foster + Svensson selects Raiffeisen Bank as its new financial institution and change its current bank account number

From the beginning of August 2024, Foster + Svensson started using a new current account number in a new business bank, which is used for transactions with its local and international business partners and clients. Selected bank is a member of Raiffeisen Bank International AG (WBAG: RBI).

As its new financial business partner, Foster + Svensson selects Raiffeisen Bank, where the current account number will be changed to 265-1100310088331-60. As digitization and automation are extremely important to us, the solution offered by Raiffeisen Bank, together with the integration of the SEF (e-Invoice system), will enable us to track all transactions faster and more simply, as well as to more easily connect our internal systems with the processing and analysis of wire transactions.

The use of the existing account at UniCredit Bank will be successively reduced, after which it will cease to be in use.

By changing the bank, we want to facilitate internal processes, as well as to have greater digital independence. Marking the 10th anniversary of cooperation, Foster + Svensson reselets UniCredit Bank as main financial and transactional partner in Serbia within recent pitch.

Our decade of cooperation with UniCredit Bank in Serbia spans over variety of financial and transactional products and services. During the pitch process we wanted reliable, secure and stable bank with its services, which will grant us full independency and possibility to manage our accounts by ourselves.

Business e-banking solution of UniCredit Bank and integration with our own internal systems is allowing us to easily track all AP’s, AR’s and costs made by employees, with less paperwork and more focus on digitalization and self-care, while being able to analyize costs, expenses and revenue. London / Belgrade – The Internet drug store “Apothecary” has been nominated for the best Internet and e-commerce site in the “Web – Internet Sites” category for the second year in a row by professionals in the creative and advertising industry who are members of the Creativepool site. The awards are given every year in several different categories that cover almost all areas of marketing and constitute a kind of recognition for the displayed creativity. Voting consists of two parts: voting by the audience and voting by global judges – expert jury. The jury that will decide on the nominations in this category consists of directors, founders and creative directors of agencies and companies such as Reckitt, R/GA, Publicis Groupe, Think Design Collaborative and McCann MRM.

“Apothecary” was created in 2020 by the marketing agency Foster + Svensson at the time of the COVID-19 virus pandemic, when there was a limited possibility of movement and social connection. The e-commerce platform, primarily created for the needs of clients from the pharmaceutical industry, has evolved from an agency product and conceptual design to a fully operational online store and independently registered drug store. In a very short time, “Apothecary” has positioned itself as an online drug store focused on offering top quality products for a better life. That was the right moment in which the agency showed in an operational example that it can not only develop an e-commerce platform, but the entire electronic business, which moved from words to actions and fully understood all the advantages and challenges of e-commerce.

– In these two years, we have come a long way and what is most important is that we managed to build recognition and uniqueness, to unify the offer of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products in a true example of a premium brand. In addition, we are constantly striving to further improve the experience of customers visiting Apothecary, making the site easy and user-friendly. In 2021, in cooperation with Banca Intesa, we introduced the purchase of products with payment cards of all international and domestic card organizations such as Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and domestic DinaCard. At the same time, we set ourselves and our customers a deadline for product delivery of up to 5 working days, however, this year we exceeded that deadline to an average delivery of up to 2 working days from the moment of order confirmation. On the other hand, we have upgraded the servers where “Apothecary” is located in order to make the purchase process itself faster, but also to be able to increase the number of published products on a daily basis. We exceeded this goal by +102%, which means that this year we have the opportunity to publish twice as many products on the “Apothecary” site, compared to the previous year. This enabled us not only to upgrade the server, but also to improve the CMS system, where we introduced automation during product registration, which contributed to shortening the time for creating pages on the site.

We still want to change and enrich the market by introducing new products, but also to continue with the current practice, which is to present all products in a high-quality way, paying attention to the details of the products themselves, as well as their presentation on the site. “Apothecary” presents the offer by showing the functional and use values of the product, so that customers would be able to see all aspects of the product before the actual purchase. The family of Suvodolac was awarded in 1938 by King Peter II Karađorđević of Yugoslavia with Royal Household Silver Medal with Crown Rare for visual art services including painting, sculpture and architecture.
