In 1915 Cecil Chubb bought Stonehenge through “Knight Frank & Rutley” for £6,600 as a present for his wife. She gifts it to the nation three years later. Knight Frank is the leading independent global property consultancy, serving its clients’ partners in property for 125 years. Headquartered in London, Knight Frank has more than 20,000 people operating from 488 offices across 57 territories. The Group advises clients ranging from individual owners and buyers to major developers, investors and corporate tenants.

Knight Frank has formally opened a dedicated office in Belgrade, becoming a fully branded Knight Frank business from September 2021. The opening of the office comes as an organic move for the global property consultancy, in line with the growing market in the whole Adriatic area and in response to increasing demands from the firm’s clients for local real estate services. Belgrade currently has a stock of approximately 1 million sqm of class A & B & owner-occupied office space. Some notable pipeline projects are under construction such as NCR Campus and Annex building in Skyline project that will be completed and opened by the end of the year and a further 40,000 sqm will be added to the already existing stock in 2021.

Galerija is a shopping center in Belgrade and it isthe largest shopping center in the region. it covers an area of 300.000 square meters, of which 93.000 square meters of commercial space and as many as 3.600 parking spaces. Galerija has 3 floors, occupied mostly by premium and flagship stores and retailers, restaurants, caffes, cinema, banks and financial institutions.

Some of the tenants are Zara, Zara Home, IMAX cinema, Raiffeisen Bank, Alta Bank, A1, Andrejević Diamonds, AirSerbia, Boss, Hugo, Calvin Klein, iStyle, Karl Lagerfleld, Max&Co., MTS, OTP Banka, Peek & Cloppenburg, Sephora, Swarovski, Ted Baker.

For Galerija, Foster + Svensson created new visual guideline and strategy to uplift existing brand, by using new visual and having marketing toolbox.
