Creativepool UK selects Vladimir Suvodolac as world no.1 Account Director for the 5th time in a row

For the 5 consecutive years, Managing Director of Foster + Svensson branding agency Vladimir Suvodolac is selected as world no.1 Account Director by Creativepool from London, United Kingdom.

The global creative industry network Creativepool ranked our colleague within its exclusive Top 25 list, by placing him on the first position, in front of colleagues from agencies such as McCann, Publicis, VML&R, Dentsu, Havas, DDB, BBDO, TBWA, Ogilvy, R/GA, Cheil. This is 5th year in a row where Vladimir Suvodolac is being ranked as best in class.

Vladimir is experienced marketing, branding and advertising professional with over 20 years of experience and understanding of a multi-faceted business operation. Maintains a one-of-a-kind perspective on marketing, having worked from both the client and the agency side with a 360° perspective. He worked with top multinational companies to be found in Fortune Global 500 within various marketing positions and brands, covering product design, development, communication, branding and advertising for companies such as HVB Bank, UniCredit Bank, Telenor Group, Ericsson, Apple, A1 Telekom Austria Group, Vodafone, SBB, Ahold Delhaize, Cheil, Samsung, P&G, Intesa Sanpaolo.
In 2013, Vladimir founded Foster + Svensson marketing and branding agency, and started servicing clients such as Telekom Serbia, MTS, MTEL, Raiffeisen Bank, Avon, BMW, Select Milk, Ringier Axel Springer and Samsung in the area of digital marketing, data analytics, creative and design. In 2014 created PR campaign for Marina Abramović and MAI Institute by gaining worldwide visibility and became one of the founders of MAI Institute.
Soon afterwards in 2015, he supported founding of Samsung in-house marketing agency Cheil as Business Director for 8 markets in Adriatic region, and grew team from 8 to 177 employees in 2 years, while also winning new clients like Raiffeisen Bank, Addiko Bank Croatia, P&G, Oaza zdravlja. Together with his team, he also established Samsung.com global publishing shared center in Serbia, for managing Samsung websites in more than 50 countries.
In 2019 Vladimir strengthen Foster + Svensson agency by winning new clients including Richter Gedeon, McCann, MullenLowe & Friends, Knez Petrol, Huawei, Apothecary, Scavolini, Hisense, Gorenje, Asko, Zara, HYCU, Pionir, Alfa-Plam, Almaks, Knight Frank, Mastercard, UniCredit Bank, Banca Intesa, AIK Banka, Leo Burnett, Samsung, Heads Adriatic, Fitpass, and other clients respectively.
Vladimir holds MA degree in design of University of Arts in Belgrade, and also studied at Faculty of Physics at Belgrade University. In 2019 he lectured marketing and communication at MEF Faculty of Applied Management, Economics and Finance in Serbia. Vladimir is a member of Suvodolac family from Belgrade, Serbia, with modern origin back in 1860’s. His grandfather Dragiša Suvodolac, a Royal Court artist, worked with sculptor Ivan Meštrović on creating “The Victor“ monument in Belgrade (1928) and Memorial monument to the Unknown Hero atop Mount Avala in Belgrade (1938), facade elements in the French neo-baroque and neo-renaissance style on the House of Jevrem Grujić in Belgrade (1896) originally created by the Italian master of decorative painting Domenico D’Andrea by using very rare sgrafitto technique, almost unique example of architecture in Belgrade.
Suvodolac is one of the oldest and rarest families in Serbia, dated back in 11th century between 1004-1008 during Byzantine Empire, when Suvodol monastery was built and later rebuilt by Prince Lazar of Serbia as Nemanjić dynasty foundation in 14th century. Complete reconstruction was done during 1866 by Mihailo Obrenović, Prince of Serbia. Suvodol monastery is marked as a cultural monument of great importance under Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments of Serbia. The family of Suvodolac was awarded in 1938 by King Peter II Karađorđević of Yugoslavia with Royal Household Silver Medal with Crown Rare for visual art services including painting, sculpture, and architecture.
