The French Open, also known as Roland-Garros, is an annual tennis tournament organized by the French Tennis Federation. Held at Stade Roland Garros in Paris, France, this prestigious event is the second of the four Grand Slam tennis tournaments held each year, following the Australian Open and preceding Wimbledon and the US Open.
The French Open commences in late May and spans for two weeks. The tournament and venue are named after the renowned French aviator Roland Garros.
