Apothecary certified with e-Trustmark for the 4th year in a row
Apothecary has been awarded the national e-commerce trust mark “e-Trustmark” for the fourth consecutive year. This certification confirms that Apothecary conducts its online operations in full compliance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, as well as with the highest standards of e-commerce best practices and consumer protection. In addition to cash on delivery, customers may complete purchases online using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and DinaCard payment cards issued by all banks. The national e-Trustmark certification was established as part of the Development of E-Commerce project, the first structured initiative aimed at introducing recognized trust mark principles and best practices into Serbia’s business community. The project was funded by the European Union through the IPA 2012 program “Development of Electronic Business,” in partnership with the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications and the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Serbia.
